Kim is the Director of Operations at Alternative Conceptions and oversees both the Egg Donation and Surrogacy Programs. She also pre-screens Gestational Surrogates and matches them with Intended Parents. Kim understands the heartache of infertility first hand. She wasn’t able to conceive after years of infertility and had four failed IVF cycles. She eventually adopted her daughter in 1997 and her personal experience allows her to understand the frustration that Intended Parents are going through. Kim goes to great lengths to get to know the Intended Parents and thoroughly screens potential surrogates in order to make the perfect match! She is passionate in becoming a positive part of this process.

Julie’s career began as an educator in suburban Chicago. Her broad background has included production positions, which allowed her to use her strong organizational and creative skills. Julie is a trained mediator, continually developing skills including communication, active listening, and the negotiation process. Julie’s leadership has supported a variety of clients as well as heading up numerous fundraising and improvement projects with her children’s schools. She now brings her unique blend of skills to Alternative Conceptions – guiding and managing surrogacy cases for clients all over the world.

Jenny is excited to join the Alternative Conceptions team and to share her many skills she has honed over the years as a Community Representative in the public school system. In that capacity she worked closely with school administrators, parents and the community at large to create an atmosphere of open dialogue and efficiency, where students were highly successful. Jenny is the mother of 2 teenaged children, and she looks forward to supporting Intended Parents and Surrogates on their own adventure of parenthood.

Having worked as a television executive for over ten years, Nicole joins Alternative Conceptions as a Surrogate Case Manager. After suffering through years of failed IVF attempts, multiple miscarriages, and numerous surgeries, Nicole and her husband chose surrogacy. Now a mother to a daughter, born in early 2010, Nicole is a compassionate companion to those embarking upon the surrogacy journey. Her knowledge and understanding of the surrogacy process make her a reliable resource for both Intended Parents and Surrogates. Given her personal history with surrogacy, Nicole gives confidence and hope to those who are considering this amazing experience.

Anna Lee has more than 12 years of experience as an IVF nurse with over half of those years specializing in Egg Donation and Surrogacy working for a top fertility doctor in the LA area. She brings this expertise to Alternative Conceptions as she screens the potential Egg Donors to bring the best and the brightest for our Intended Parents to consider as a Match. Anna Lee understands how important it is to carefully choose Donors who are not only educated and beautiful, but reliable and conscientious. Anna Lee has a unique appreciation and empathy with Intended Parents seeking the gift of Egg Donation and Surrogacy, as she faced fertility issues of her own. She was blessed with the birth of her son at the age of 44.

Carrie was a surrogacy case manager before joining Alternative Conceptions as their Egg Donor Program Manager. After experiencing multiple heartbreaking miscarriages, Carrie finally gave birth to her only son in 1998. She deeply indentifies with the Intended Parents that come to her so desperately trying to start or expand their families. Carrie carefully and thoughtfully matches her clients with Egg Donors, but unlike most agencies she stays with the group throughout their entire journey. She feels it is so important for Intended Parents and Egg Donors to have one person that knows their case inside and out and is always there to support them.
