Estimated Surrogacy Fee

Actual Fees will be determined when matched with a surrogate and a contract is written. Some fees only occur as actual.

Agency Fee	$18,000*
Payment due in full with a signed retainer agreement upon selecting a surrogate

Program Fees Breakdown:

Administration Fee (non refundable upon execution of Agency Agreement)

Surrogate pre-screening cost:

In the event your surrogate has been pre-screened within the last 6 months there will be an additional fee due to the agency

Surrogate Compensation:

Monthly expense allowance of $200/month for estimated 15 months	$3,000
Unaccountable monthly allowance to cover expenses such as prescriptions, long distance phone charges, postage, Childcare for appointments, transportation for appointments within county of residence, over the counter medicines, etc. Paid monthly beginning at match and ending three months after birth.

Transfer fee - Paid at completion of embryo transfer procedure

Pregnancy/delivery compensation	$23,000
First time California GS Paid in $2,300 installments, beginning at confirmation of pregnancy via ultra sound and monthly thereafter through birth, with a lump sum payment due 7 days after birth)

Maternity clothing allowance - Paid per schedule (for a singleton)	$800

Screening costs for Surrogate:	$1800
This $1800 Fee Covers the following:
Psychological screening (includes MMPI)	$550
Background check	$250
Expenses incurred during medical screening - travel, hotel, meals, childcare, lost wages, etc.	$1,000

Insurance costs for Surrogate:
Surrogate insurance deductible and co-pays	$2,500
Surrogate Life Insurance annual* premium*	$400

Optional Psychologist fees for surrogate couneling throughout the process:	$2,000
Paid either in monthly installments or one lump sum

Lost Wages for Surrogate delivery and recovery:
Estimated for 6 weeks total, 8 weeks for C-section*	$ TBD

Expenses for Surrogate on extended bed rest
